This last week has been a difficult one. My birthday celebrations, plus a couple of parties meant I ate and drank a lot of stuff I shouldn't have. In all, there were three “bad” days – Friday,Saturday and Sunday. Since Monday, I have been following the liver detox method (my second), which means I have had a limited diet. That in itself has prevented me from doing much exercise this week. However, that detox finishes on Saturday, so on Sunday, I can start back at the gym.
The good news however, is that I have not put on weight this week. I intend to workout really hard next week, so let's see if I can get off this plateau (I haven't lost any real weight for a few weeks).
