Day 57 – 21st September 2007

In the last week, I have been following a liver and gallbladder detox diet. I'll post my results of that detox on this site in a separate section once it is complete.

Because of this detox, I have not done any exercise (except yesterday, I did do my walk with 20Kg backpack), and I have had to follow a very different diet. The diet meant no animal products, no dairy products, and no fried food. I also had to drink a lot of apple juice every day, which, although it wasnt sweetened, it still contained a lot more simple sugars (carbohydrate) than I have been eating. I wasnt expecting to lose weight this week, so having maintained my weight, I am very happy.

Weight – 106.8 Kg (234.96 lb)
Fat Mass – 34.2 Kg (75.24 lb)
Weight Loss To Date: 7.7 Kg (16.94 lb)
Blood Pressure – 130/77
Resting Heart Rate – 77
