Starting Day 4, it was good to see that I had lost 2 pounds in 3 days. That goes to show how unhealthily I was living before. Simply changing my diet (but still eating until I am satisfied), and adding a little exercise, has shown good results in a very short time. It is important I think to remember, that I have not actually gone on a diet. I have simply started following a healthy diet. You can read about the changes I made on the lifestyle details page.

I'll continue with this new regime, including the exercise until Friday, and then report back. I doubt I can continue to see such a large weight loss (which would equate to 4 lb a week), but we'll see how it goes.
