Weight – 108.4 Kg (238.5 lb)

Fat Mass – 35.1 Kg (77.2 lb)

Weight Loss To Date: 6.1 Kg (13.4 lb)

Blood Pressure – 124/80

Resting Heart Rate – 74

The 30 Challenge is over, though not my changed lifestyle which I will be keeping up. I still have a lot of weight to lose (another 18Kg is my ultimate target), however, in 30 days, by simply changing my lifestyle, I have lost 6.1 Kg (13.4 lb). That's quite an achievement, especially when you consider I did not "go on a diet".

Certainly the profile pointing left shows a dramatic decrease in belly, but also an increase in definition in the shoulders and chest (not so obvious in the photos.

So what now?

Well, I am going to stick to the lifestyle changes, i.e. eating healthily, and exercising. However, for the next couple of days, I will be allowing myself a drink or two each day. This is the one thing I had given up totally for the 30 day challenge, so I am rewarding myself for a job well done. One thing I wont be doing is going back to my old drinking habits. During the next couple of days, I am going to be planning my detox. My body is now much stronger, and in a better condition to cope with a short detox, so for me, its a perfect time.

I'll post back on this site when I have decided on the detox routine, plus future progress in the weight loss area.
