Day 102 – 5th November 2007

I didn't manage 5 days, I managed 3, and after that short time, I feel bloated, aching joints, and lethargic, so I am stopping the experiment. I have weighed in, and the results after three days of over-eating and drinking beer are shocking:

Weight – 105.8 Kg (232.76 lb)
Fat Mass – 33.6Kg (73.92 lb)
Weight Gain in 3 days – 1.6Kg (3.52 lb)
Blood Pressure – 124/85
Resting Heart Rate – 77

I couldn't face any more than three days, and hopefully I can quickly reverse this weight loss. I'll weigh in for the next few days.
