Week 8 of my 12-week program is complete. Here are my stats this morning:
Weight: 103.9 Kg
Fat: 32.2 Kg
Progress is slow, but I am not discouraged by this. In fact, if I can continue with this small weight loss (about 0.5Kg a week), I will reach my initial target (and the target I set myself about a year ago), by October which is my 42nd Birthday. I’ll be chuffed to bits if I can get below 100Kg for my birthday. It’ll also be the best present I can ask for, not just for me, but my family too. I haven’t been that light for several years.
