This week I tried to do a little more aerobic exercise while still maintaining a full weight training program.
Here are my results after week 7:
Weight: 104.2 Kg
Fat: 32.5 Kg
According to my scales, I have lost 0.7Kg, but my % fat has stayed the same. I am not too bothered what the scales say. I have freqently measured myself 4 or 5 times in a morning, and had different measurements each time.
