Week 6 Complete


 

Another week gone, and another 6 days spent with quick weight workouts in the gym.  Here are my stats at the end of week 6:

Weight: 104.9

Fat: 32.5

Not much change from last week, though fat looks to have gone down.  I don’t take too much notice of the fat count, as I doubt the scales are very accurate.

I must try harder with aerobic exercise this week.
