Week 5 Complete


After Week 5: (weeks 5 was my second week on the 7 minute muscle workouts).

Weight: 104.9
Fat: 32.9

NOTE: Fat is being measured using bathroom scales that have a fat readout as well.  I don’t think these are very accurate, so am not paying too much attention to that part of the reading.
