Week 10 complete


After 10 weeks I am now feeling a lot fitter than I have in a long time.  My weight continues to drop by about half a kilo a week.  This would disappoint many people, but I am just happy to continue seeing the downward trend.  I’ll have some more progress pictures to show you after week 12 is complete.

Currently, my end of week 10 stats are:

Weight: 103.5 Kg
Fat: 31.7 Kg
