Photos – first 5 weeks on Body for Life


I have been taking photos every week to go with my weight measurements.  I didn’t take a “back” shot for week 1, so substituted a front shot in the photos below.  The photos are 5 in a row, front, side and back.  The first of the five is week 1, second is week 2, and so on..

I am happy with the progression, and my initial goal is still to complete 12 weeks of this program (albeit with my own exercise plan).
I am sticking to the eating plan for Body For Life.

In a few more weeks, I’ll post more progress photos.
