Body For Life Program


On June 1st, I started following the Body For Life program to see if I could get my new “lifestyle” back on track.

On the 1st June, I weighed in at 108.5 Kg, with my scales reporting 35.3 Kg body fat.

Here is my progress so far with this program.

After Week 1:

Weight: 108.2 Kg

Fat: 34.9 g
