This week I have decided to do something different. Starting today I am going to try an experiment. You see, we often fall off the wagon and have over-indulgent days, and I want to test the effect of those days on my body.
Now that my fitness is up, and my metabolism is in top gear, I want to fall off the wagon for 5 days. My plan is to see how this effects my weight, and then more importantly, how quickly I can get back down to my starting weight.
Over the years of dieting, I have noticed that when I have a bad day, and over-eat, or over-drink (beer), my weight the next day is up, but if I go back to my dieting, my weight falls off again very quickly, leading me to think that it is probably more a dehydrating/fluid retention thing. How will 5 days affect me? Well, here are my figures for today:
Weight – 104.2 Kg (229.24 lb)
Fat Mass – 32.7 Kg (71.94 lb)
Weight Loss To Date: 10.3 Kg (22.66 lb)
Blood Pressure – 119/79
Resting Heart Rate – 73
