I have changed my walk for this week. Its about the same length, but has a big hill at the end (which takes about 10 minutes to climb). I have done this walk on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday this week, as well as been extra careful with diet. I will continue this for the next week as well, and try to get 3 sessions in at the gym. My weight hasn't gone down much over the last few weeks, and I really need to blast through this plateau, so this week will be the toughest so far (in terms of exercise). Hopefully by next Friday, I can be down in the 102.x Kg area. With only a little over a month to go before the end of the year, my goal of 100Kg is going to take a lot of hard work.
