It's great to see my weight continuing to drop. On Day 9, I started going to the gym. This week, I intend to go three times altogether. On Day 9, I did several light weight exercises for both back and chest.
As I have said all along, I am not dieting in the “calorie-controlled” sense. I am simply changing my lifestyle to eat healthier in general, and do more exercise. In fact, yesterday, I have roast lamb, roast potatoes and carrot, and gravy. Yum! Hardly low calorie though.
One thing I have noticed, is that I am feeling hungry a lot more often. This is because I tend to stop eating BEFORE I get full, plus also the fact that my metabolism is speeding up as I get fitter. Feeling hungry more often is natural, and my way of dealing with it, is to eat more frequently. Small meals, more frequently. That's my answer, and it seems to be working well.
