Today is the first day of my new lifestyle.
I didn't find the change of diet too difficult to adjust, though funnily enough, I did feel a little dizzy, especially after the large fruit shake that I made with 6 different pieces of fruit (kiwi, water melon, apple, nectarine, plum and mango).
I went for a long, fast walk, that lasted about 40 minutes. I'll continue this walk every day,, until I feel like I can take on a few light weights at the gym.
I'll check in again in a couple of days…
